Caminada Treuhand AG Zug employs about 30 motivated and competent employees. Team leaders with many years of professional and management experience lead the various accounting, auditing, taxes, and administration teams. Our fiduciary experts, public accountants, and tax experts are specialists in their field and are happy to help with complex issues.
Caminada's Executive Board is formed by the four partners Andreas Okle, who as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, also focuses on corporate strategy issues, Fabio Iovoli, who as Delegate of the Board of Directors, concentrates mainly on operational management, Ramon Heiri, who as a licensed audit expert leads the audit department and John Sulger Büel, head of the tax and human resources department. Roger Osterwalder, head of the KMU department, is a member of the extended board of directors. Holger Wanke, who led Caminada Treuhand AG Zug as CEO for decades, and Heinz Klauz, are still within the board of directors.
The selection of our employees takes place in a multi-stage process, which allows us to get to know each other and gives the future employee a real insight into our working environment. When selecting our employees, we attach great importance to finding the right chemistry. Every year, one school leaver starts the commercial education in the Caminada team. The training includes three rotations, where practical and expert knowledge about our industry is imparted. After completing the commercial education, junior accountants apply and deepen their fiduciary knowledge on the job.
Our team consists of enthusiastic and competent employees who value contact with our clients.
